Who we are

Insud Pharma is present at every level of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry through its three highly synergistic business units: industrial (Chemo), brand (Exeltis) and biotechnology (mAbxience). Our overarching goal is to protect and improve people’s health and wellbeing.

Chemo is a sector leader in the research, development and manufacturing of a broad variety of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and a full range of Finished Dosage Forms (FDFs) for both human and veterinary use in the main treatment areas.

At Chemo, we invest heavily in R&D and we have our own integrated global manufacturing network comprising 5 chemical plants (in Italy, Spain, Argentina and India), 2 pharmaceutical plants in Spain and 2 in India, as well as 2 injectables plants in Spain and another in India, all of which boast cutting-edge technology and highly qualified personnel and observe the highest quality standards. We are deeply committed to quality, which lies at the core of everything we do. We believe quality is the responsibility of each and every one of us.

We strive to provide our partners with outstanding quality generic medicines, manufactured and prepared at our European centres. We work closely together throughout the process, offering support on all aspects related to the complete product cycle, including pharmaceutical development, registration, intellectual property, launch and logistical organisation. Our commitment to outstanding customer service has allowed us to forge solid relationships with our partners all over the world. Service, innovation and quality make Chemo one of the most reliable generics suppliers in the B2B business segment.

Our cutting-edge technology, strong industrial capacity and vertical integration with our API plants means we have full, end-to-end control of all processes, which is why we are a trusted partner to over 1,100 pharmaceutical companies in 96 countries.
